Sending the Frontiers magazine
The middle of February arrived in no time. The day before yesterday the cold weather seeped into our bones, however the next day, yesterday, the afternoon temperature was over 11 degrees and it felt like spring. However, of all things last Monday, on Namusup school’s first day, inside temperatures were in the single digits (perhaps 6 or 7 degrees). The children cried because of the cold and the teachers had a hard time. It was so cold last Monday when we sent the Frontiers magazine. In order to send our magazine on a monthly basis, we prepared complex documents but 4U print shop only had their business registration but not our print shop statement confirmation, so we are worried about that.
Daniel and Priska Daniel and Priska plan to regularly visit
Saemter. Last Wednesday Priska spent time helping Mama Song to assemble name
card boxes at the Gongbang house while Daniel shared his young power working
with Cheol and Uno on the Saemter construction. In the future, Daniel will
visit Saemter on Mondays and Wednesdays and Priska every Wednesday. With
Priska’s help to assemble and Nona’s help with cutting out the patterns, Mama
Song’s Korean paper crafts are proceeding step by step. The third Saturday of
March, we expect to have success at Munhori River Market. Yebonn’s graduation Last Wednesday, Yebonn graduated. In no time
she has become a high school student! We hope that Yebonn’s nervous feeling for
the upcoming school year will disappear, and that she’ll have no trouble with
tests, keep trying hard, and be confident as high school is starting. Saemter ground floor door installation During such a cold winter Saemter construction
continues. Windows, doors, and electric work are in progress; finally last week
we installed the doors on the ground floor. It’s encouraging to see Banseok
helping his father with electric work. It’s really happy that our children are
growing up and joining us like friends side by side. Finally, we hope that
those who have been doing construction will not hurt themselves doing hard
labor in the cold weather. Prayer requests: 1.
Last week Saemter Grandpa
was a little sick so pray for his health and the all the community members
health and brother Jigeon’s recovery 2. For needed finances and helpers
to be available to help with construction and for the workers safety and
health. 3.
As Yebonn enters high school and Banseok and Sam enter a new university,
that they adapt well to the new circumstances and make good friends. 4.
That the pregnant women in the community (Soyoung and Minjung) will have
easy delivery of healthy babies.
